This monitoring dashboard assists in doing all of the above- providing simple, realtime information to your organization about the cost of preparing athletes for competition and how they are responding to paying that cost. Using sRPE and a Wellness Survey that incorporates a proprietary algorithm, this dashboard requires no more than 1-2 minutes per day of manual data entry to access metrics such as an Exponentially-Weighted Moving Average Acute-Chronic Workload Ratio (EWMA ACWR), training monotony, weekly percentage change, and a wellness score for all of your athletes, housed in a sleek, stoplight-coded interface that is readily digestible by all who have a hand on the athletes.

- Team Dashboard- featuring the Wellness Score and EWMA ACWR for every athlete in your organization, charts of the average daily load, weekly load, and a combined graph of the average wellness score and global load. Plus team averages for Wellness, EWMA ACWR, Strain, Monotony, and Weekly Percentage Change
- Wellness Survey & Wellness Algorithm- based on the Hooper-Mackinnon questionnaire, housed in a customized Google Form and automatically processed through the included algorithm.
- Initial Onboarding Video- a brief walk-through demonstration of how to operate the dashboard on a daily basis, to the point where even a football team of 100 athletes can take less than 2 minutes daily to maintain.
- FREE technical support for two (2) weeks from the delivery date- troubleshooting of any initial problems or workflow issues that may arise as you get comfortable with initially deploying the dashboard.
